Irrfan Khan starrer black comedy Blackमेल got an average opening at the Indian box office with ₹ 2.81 Crore. The movie has shown growth over the weekend and collected ₹ 4.56 Crore on Sunday. Currently it stands with a collection of ₹ 11.22 Crore.
The movie is performing similar as the actor’s last year release Hindi Medium which had collected ₹ 12.56 Crore in its opening weekend.
The film is helmed by Delhi Belly fame Abhinay Deo and also starring Kirti Kulhari, Divya Dutta, Arunoday Singh, Omi Vaidya, Anuja Sathe, Pradhuman Singh Mall and Gajraj Rao.
Irrfan, who revealed about his Neuro Endocrine tumour on social media, is currently in London, to seeking treatment and therefore couldn’t promote the film. However, that has not stopped his fans and well-wishers in the industry to watch and appreciate the film.
