Vikram Vedha starring Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan continues to struggle and emerged as a theatrical flop at the box office. The neo-noir action thriller film began its theatrical run with ₹ 10.58 Crore and collected ₹ 36.94 Crore in its opening weekend. Currently, the movie stands with a collection of ₹ 69.01 Crore in India and crosses ₹ 115 Crore gross worldwide in 10 days of its release.
The movie is written & directed by Pushkar–Gayathri. It is a remake of Pushkar & Gayathri‘s own Tamil film of the same name released in 2017 starring Vijay Sethupathi and R. Madhavan in the lead. It is jointly produced by YNOT Studios, Friday Filmworks, T-Series Films, Reliance Entertainment, and Jio Studios.
Hit Ya Flop gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars & rated it as ‘Very Good’ and wrote “The makers deserve a standing ovation for delivering a perfect combination of a meaty mass and a class entertainer.” Vikram Vedha got released across 4007 screens in India and on 1633 screens overseas. It is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 175 Crore including the Production and Prints & Advertising Cost.
