Super 30 crosses 100 Crore in 10 Days

Super 30 starring Hrithik Roshan enters into the 100 Crore club in 10 days. The biographical drama film has collected ₹ 100.58 Crore in India and ₹ 143.87 Crore gross worldwide within ten days of its release. Hrithik scored his first century in 2012 with Agneepath followed by Krrish 3 (2013), Bang Bang (2014) and Kaabil (2017).

The movie began its theatrical run with ₹ 11.83 Crore, Hrithik’s previous HIT film Kaabil released in 2017 was opened with ₹ 10.43 Crore. Also starring Mrunal Thakur, Pankaj Tripathi, Virendra Saxena, Nandish Singh, Aditya Shrivastava, Manav Gohil and Amit Sadh. The movie is written by Sanjeev Dutta and directed by Vikas Bahl. It is produced by Phantom Films, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Reliance Entertainment.

The film based on the life of Patna based mathematician Anand Kumar and his educational program Super 30 for IIT aspirants. It was shot at Ramnagar Fort, part of the fort was converted to look like the Super 30 institute. It was also shot for ten days in Sambhar Lake Town which was shown as Kota, Rajasthan, and Jaipur. In the second schedule of Varanasi shooting, the film was shot at Banaras Hindu University at the end of June 2018. Filming was completed in September 2018.

Super 30 got released across 3200 screens in India and estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 50 Crore including the Production cost and Prints & Advertising Cost.
