Race 3 starring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Freddy Daruwala had a whopping start at the Indian box office and earned ₹ 29.17 Crore on its first day, which is the highest opening of this year.
The film has collected ₹ 106.47 Crore in just three days of its release and got the second highest opening weekend in 2018 followed by Padmaavat (₹ 114 Crore- released on Thursday).
The action film is directed by Remo D’Souza, produced under Tips Films and Salman Khan Films and written by Shiraz Ahmed. Its a third installment of Race film series but, unlike the previous films, tells a new story. The film was released on 15 June 2018 coinciding with Eid.
The movie got released in more than 4500 screens worldwide and estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 150 Crore which includes the Production cost of 120 Crore and Prints & Advertising Cost of 30 Crore.
