Meet the composers of the film “Saroj Ka Rishta“, they have recorded two songs this week with Mika Singh, Neeti Mohan and Sukriti Kakar.
First song is a dance number, it will feature Sanah Kapoor to groove on Neeti’s voice. The lyrics have been written by a renowned Urdu Poet Liaqat Jafri.
In conversation with Hit ya Flop – Movie World, music composers Raees & Zain – Sam said, “We have made Neeti sing something she hasn’t till now also we feel this is probably the best solo she is coming for a feature film right after “Jiya jiya re” from Shahrukh Khan starrer Jab tak hai jaan, having said that she has sung it magnificently well and we definitely have her in our mind for many of my upcoming songs in future as well.”
For the second song, music composers Raees & Zain – Sam said that “We have worked too hard on this particular song soundtrack, just to make this song sound Global yet do not leave the film essence behind, we have literally worked till 4-5 am’s and woke up early mornings in studios haven’t seen home for quite few past days. This pressure was not because of the director or producers but because this is the biggest song getting shot in the film with big dancers and crowds, Shabeena Khan the choreographer has just killed it with her amazing steps and with those huge sets.”
This song is sung by Mika Singh alongside Sukriti Kakar a duet which will make u jump from ur chair and bed to dance for sure. The lyrics have been written by Sonu Saggu who’s last hit was Ik vaari aa toh sahi from Judwaa 2.
After the film Shaandaar, Sanah Kapoor (Shahid Kapoor’s sister) will be next seen in this upcoming rom-com. Directed by Abhishek Saxena and produced by Anmol kapoor, Nazia Javed Siddiqui, Narinder Garg and Ambica Sharma.
The movie deals with the culture of body-shaming in India and is set to go on floors from this month. Though Sanah will start shooting for the same in August. It will be shot in Mumbai and Ghaziabad and will revolve around the father-daughter relationship. Saroj Ka Rishta also stars Kumud Mishra, Gaurav Pandey and Randeep Rai in pivotal roles.
