𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐘 𝐁𝐇𝐀𝐈’𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲! Rocking Star Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2 is breaking records and creating history at the box office. After emerging as the highest opener Hindi film now it becomes the highest-grossing film in Hindi for its opening weekend too. The Hindi version of the film has collected ₹ 193.99 Crore in four days.
The Kannada-language period action film has crossed ₹ 540 Crore at the international box office within the first four days of its release. KGF 2 has registered yet another ₹ 100 Crore day at the global box office, minted ₹ 132.13 Crore on its fourth day of release. The film has now taken its total earnings across all language versions to a phenomenal ₹ 546 Crore.
Also, the film is already among the top 3 highest-grossing Hindi dubbed films of all time. It has surpassed Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 (Hindi) which had earned ₹ 188 Crore. The list is topped by SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (₹ 511.30 Crores) and RRR (254.09 Crore).
Helmed by Prashanth Neel, KGF: Chapter 2 is a follow-up of the Kannada blockbuster KGF Chapter 1. The sequel also stars Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj, Malavika Avinash, Archana Jois, and Achyuth Kumar. Hit Ya Flop gave it 3.3 out of 5 stars and rated it as ‘Good’. KGF 2 was released across 10000 screens worldwide. It is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 100 Crore including the Production and Prints & Advertising Cost, the most expensive Sandalwood film.
