Total Dhamaal has crossed the 100 Crore mark at the Indian box office. The movie began its theatrical run with ₹ 16.50 Crore and emerges as Ajay Devgn’s biggest non-holiday opener. The movie also starring Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Boman Irani, Pitobash and Sanjay Mishra. The adventure comedy film has collected ₹ 106.32 Crore in India and crossed ₹ 160 Crore gross worldwide within nine days of its release.
The third installment of the Dhamaal film series is directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Fox Star Studios, Ajay Devgn FFilms, Ashok Thakeria, Indra Kumar, Sri Adhikari Brothers & Anand Pandit. The film is a slapstick comedy loosely borrowed from 1963 Hollywood film It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.
Total Dhamaal becomes Ajay Devgn’s ninth, Riteish Deshmukh’s fifth, Anil Kapoor & Arshad Warsi’s third and Madhuri Dixit’s first 100 Crore club film.

Anil Kapoor worked with Indra Kumar after Rishtey (2002) and with Ajay Devgn after Masti (2004). He worked with Madhuri Dixit after 23 years, they last worked in Raja (1995), their earlier films were Dil (1990), Beta (1992) and Raja (1995) and all were huge hits. Anil and Madhuri reunited after 18 years, their last film as romantic pair was Pukar (2000). They both acted in Lajja (2001) but did not share any scenes.
Total Dhamaal got released in 4486 screens worldwide which includes 3700 screens in India and 786 screens at overseas. It is made on a budget of ₹ 100 Crore including the Production cost and Prints & Advertising Cost.
