Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, and Gajraj Rao had a decent run in its first week. The movie began its theatrical run with ₹ 9.55 Crore and becomes the third highest opener for Ayushmann Khurrana. The romantic comedy film has collected ₹ 44.84 Crore in India and crosses ₹ 60 Crore gross worldwide in its opening week. It has managed to cross the lifetime number of Shubh Mangal Saavdhan within five days.
On the other hand, Vicky Kaushal starrer Bhoot: Part One- The Haunted Ship had a average start at the Indian box office and then there wasn’t much growth over the weekend. The movie began its theatrical run with ₹ 5.10 Crore. The horror thriller film has collected ₹ 24.18 Crore in India and crosses ₹ 30 Crore gross within seven days of its release

The movie received negative reviews from critics as well as the audience. Hit ya Flop gave it 1.8 stars out of 5 and rated as Not Watchable.
