Panipat Opening Weekend Collection

Panipat: The Great Betrayal starring Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt got a dull start at the Indian box office. The movie began its theatrical run with ₹ 4.12 Crore. The period war film has collected ₹ 17.68 Crore in India and crosses mere 25 Crore gross worldwide within three days of its release.

The movie also starring Mohnish Bahl, Padmini Kolhapure, Mantra, Zeenat Aman, Sahil Salathia, Kunal Kapoor, Mir Sarwar, Milind Gunaji, Abhishek Nigam, Nawab Shah, Suhasini Mulay, S.M Zaheer and Arun Bali in supporting roles. The film is written by Ashok Chakradhar and directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. It is produced by Sunita Gowariker and Rohit Shelatkar.

The film is about the events that happened during the Third Battle of Panipat.  At the box office, it is clashed with Pati Patni Aur Woh, being a light-hearted rom-com, Kartik Aaryan starrer could end up being a bigger crowd-puller.

Panipat got released across 2395 screens in India and estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 100 Crore including the Production cost of 70 Crore and Prints & Advertising Cost of 30 Crore (approx).
