It is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Atul Sabharwal. The film is based on the book “The Class of 83” by Hussain Zaidi and tells the story of a hero policeman shunted to a punishment posting as Dean Vijay Singh of the police academy.
Class of ’83 is third Netflix collaboration with Red Chillies Entertainment after the original series Bard of Blood and Betaal. The film will premiere on 21st August 2020 on Netflix.
PLOT: Demoted to an academy job, a cop trains five foolhardy students as assassins in his risky revenge plot against police corruption and the underworld.
