Presenting the trailer of the upcoming Kannada film 99 starring Golden Star Ganesh and Bhavana. It is a remake of the Tamil film 96 (2018) starring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Krishnan which itself was loosely based on the 2016 English movie Blue Jay.

Principal photography began on 17th December 2018, the first schedule of the film was shot in Puttur. The title 99 was chosen because of Gubbi’s friendship with Ganesh which began in 1999, when they were in college. The film is scheduled to release on 26 April 2019.
