Shehzada starring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon performing decently at the box office. The movie began its theatrical run with ₹ 6 Crore. The action comedy film collected ₹ 20.20 Crore in India within three days of its release. It is the official Hindi remake of the Telugu superhit film, Ala Vaikunthapurramloo starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde.
Shehzada was directed by Rohit Dhawan and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Allu Aravind, S Radha Krishna, Aman Gill, and Kartik Aaryan. The movie got released across 2800+ screens in India and is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 65 Crore including the Production and Prints & Advertising Cost.
The film has received mixed responses from critics and audiences. Hit Ya Flop gave it 2.3 out of 5 stars & rated it as ‘Below Average’. Shehzada’s theatrical run will depend on its performance in theatres on Monday, February 20.
