World Premiere – July 17, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video, becoming the first Kannada film to release directly on an over-the-top media service. It was originally planned for a theatrical release, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the theatrical release was cancelled. The film was initially supposed to premiere on Prime Video on 26 June 2020 before being postponed by three weeks.
In March 2019, it was announced that Ragini Chandran would be making her feature film debut in Law, directed by Raghu Samarth and produced by Puneeth Rajkumar’s PRK Productions.
