MOVIE REVIEW: If you call Ganapath a ‘dystopian action film’ then it will be a huge sin. Ganapath has a terrible script, terrible direction, and even more terrible execution with shoddy VFX and unnecessary fight sequences. The action is the same as every single other Tiger Shroff movie ever.

There is no doubt that Tiger Shroff is one of the best action heroes we have in India due to his flexibility and dancing skills. But if you are a diehard fan of Tiger & Kriti, then also you be very disappointed. Kriti Sanon performs her action sequences with utmost sincerity but she is totally wasted with her underwritten limited role. Tiger Shroff still has to prove his versatility on screens and he still lacks the emotional depth. Rahman, Ziad Bakri, Jameel Khan, and Girish Kulkarni were just fine in their roles.

The makers have miserably failed to create a convincing futuristic action spectacle. The movie is full of unbearable graphics and effects that will constantly test the patience of the viewers. The cinematography is decent, the songs are forgettable and there is nothing to talk about its screenplay. The film ends with an announcement that its story of ‘Silver City’ vs ‘Gareebon ki Basti’, will continue in part two with Ganapath: Rise of the Hero. I mean really? but why? Who is asking for it?
Watch any other film on OTT or in the theater instead of posing yourself to this torture.
