Dunki starring Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover crosses the ₹ 100 Crore mark and becomes director Rajkumar Hirani’s 4th film to enter the ₹ 100 Crore club. Dunki is the 13th release of 2023, to cross the ₹ 100 Crore mark and it has managed to achieve this milestone faster than previous releases like The Kerala Story and OMG 2 which took 9 days each, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which took 10 days each to achieve this feat.
Dunki emerges as Shah Rukh Khan’s 10th film to cross the ₹ 100 Crore mark. The movie has collected ₹ 101.50 Crore in India and 211.13 Crore gross worldwide in just four days. Hit Ya Flop gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars & rated it as ‘Very Good’ and wrote “Rajkumar Hirani renowned for his cinematic gems returns with Dunki, a film that may not reach the towering heights of his previous works but manages to captivate & entertain. SRK, Taapsee & entire ensemble cast deliver excellent performances”. The movie was released across 4000 screens in India and is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 120 Crore including the Production and Prints & Advertising Cost.
