Malang starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Disha Patani, Anil Kapoor & Kunal Kemmu had a decent start at the Indian box office. Malang began its theatrical run with ₹ 6.71 Crore and becomes the highest opener for Aditya Roy Kapur. The romantic action thriller film has collected ₹ 39.65 Crore in India and crosses 50 Crore gross worldwide within seven days of its release.
Malang also starring Elli AvrRam, Amruta Khanvilkar, Keith Sequeira, Vatsal Sheth and Shaad Randhawa in supporting roles. The film is written by Aseem Arrora and directed by Mohit Suri. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg and Jay Shewakramani. The movie received mixed reviews from critics as well as audience. Hit ya Flop gave it 2.5 stars out of 5 and rated as AVG.
