Satyameva Jayate starring John Abraham, Manoj Bajpayee, Aisha Sharma & Amruta Khanvilkar crosses 50 Crore at the Indian box office in five days of its release. The vigilante action film earned ₹ 20.52 Crore on its first day, which is the fifth highest opening of this year followed by Sanju (₹ 34.75 Crore), Race 3 (₹ 29.17 Crore), Gold (₹ 25.25 Crore) and Baaghi 2 (₹ 25.10 Crore).
The film is written & directed by Milap Milan Zaveri and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani & Nikkhil Advani.
Satyameva Jayate got released in 2500 screens in India and it is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 50 Crore all inclusive of Production cost and Prints & Advertising Cost. The movie faced box office clash with Akshay Kumar starrer Gold released on same day, 15th August 2018.
