Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt performing well and has scored a good opening weekend at the box office. The movie began its theatrical run with ₹ 11.10 Crore. The rom-com family drama film collected ₹ 45.90 Crore in India and crossed ₹ 85 Crore gross worldwide within three days of its release. The movie emerges as the 5th highest Bollywood opening weekend grosser of this year after Pathaan, Adipurush, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
The film is written by Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan & Sumit Roy and directed by Karan Johar. It is jointly produced by Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios. Hit Ya Flop gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars & rated it as ‘Very Good’ and wrote “The makers has delivered a complete family entertainer that will make you laugh, cry, and impress the audiences with a social message of women empowerment too.”. The movie also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, Churni Ganguly, Aamir Bashir, and Tota Roy Chowdhary.
