Akshay Kumar starrer Raksha Bandhan is performing below average at the box office. The movie began its theatrical run with ₹ 8.20 Crore. The family comedy-drama film collected ₹ 28.16 Crore in India within four days of its release. It also stars Bhumi Pednekar, Sadia Khateeb, Sahejmeen Kaur, Deepika Khanna, Smrithi Srikanth, Neeraj Sood, Seema Pahwa, Sahil Mehta, and Abhilash Thapliyal.
The movie is directed by Aanand L. Rai and jointly written by Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon. It is produced by Zee Studios, Colour Yellow Productions, and Cape of Good Films.
