Raid was released worldwide on 16th March’18 and got the positive reviews from most of the critics as well as audience. The movie starring Ajay Devgn, Saurabh Shukla and Ileana D’Cruz crosses 50 Crore mark at the Indian box office in five days of its release.
Written by Ritesh Shah and directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the film is inspired by the real life Income tax department raid that were conducted by the officers of the Indian Revenue Service in the 1980s. The film has managed to become second highest weekend openers of this year with ₹ 41.01 Crore followed by Padmavaat collection of ₹ 114 Crore.
The movie got released in 3769 screens worldwide which includes 3400 screens in India and 369 screens in Overseas. The movie is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 35 Crore.
