Ganapath starring Tiger Shroff, Amitabh Bachchan, Kriti Sanon, and Rahman was released on 20th October. The movie began its theatrical run with ₹ 2.20 Crore and its opening weekend collection was ₹ 6.40 Crore. It has not shown any growth at the box office since then. The dystopian action film has collected ₹ 10.90 Crore in India and ₹ 15 Crore gross worldwide in its lifetime run at the box office.
The film is written and directed by Vikas Bahl, who also produced the film in association with Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh. Hit Ya Flop gave it 1 out of 5 stars & rated it as ‘Not Watchable’ and wrote “The film has a terrible script, terrible direction, and even more terrible execution with shoddy VFX and unnecessary fight sequences.” It was released across 2000 screens in India and is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 200 Crore.
