Sui Dhaaga: Made In India starring Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma crosses 50 Crore at the Indian box office in five days of its release. The comedy drama film earned ₹ 8.30 Crore on its Day 1, the movie shown a significant jump over the weekend. After its five days of successful run the film currently stands with a collection of ₹ 55.35 Crore.
The film is directed by Sharat Katariya and produced by Maneesh Sharma under the banner of Yash Raj Films. It is based on the life of young couple Mauji and Mamta in rural India who start their own small-scale clothing business.
Sui Dhaaga got released in around 3200 screens which includes 2500 screens in India and 700 screens in overseas. The movie is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 45 Crore all inclusive of Production cost and Prints & Advertising Cost.
