Ram Setu vs Thank God Extended Opening Weekend Collection

Ram Setu starring Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Satyadev Kancharana, and Nushrratt Bharuccha got an average start at the box office. The action-adventure film began its theatrical run with ₹ 15.25 Crore and emerged as the second-highest opening Bollywood film of the year 2022 after Brahmastra (₹ 36 Crore). It has collected ₹ 56 Crore in India in its extended opening weekend.  Hit ya Flop gave it 3 stars out of 5 and rated it as Good.

Thank God starring Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra, and Rakul Preet Singh performed low at the box office. The fantasy comedy-drama film began its theatrical run with ₹ 8.10 Crore. It has collected ₹ 29.25 Crore in India and ₹ 40 Crore gross worldwide within six days of its release. Hit ya Flop gave it 2.5 stars out of 5 and rated it as AVG.

Ram Setu was released across 3100 screens and is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 150 Crore. The film was directed by Abhishek Sharma. It is produced by Amazon Prime Video, Cape of Good Films, Lyca Productions, and Abundantia Entertainment. Whereas Thank God got released across 2500+ screens and is estimated to be made on a budget of ₹ 50 Crore. The film was directed by  Indra Kumar. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Sunir Kheterpal, Deepak Mukut, Anand Pandit, and Markand Adhikari.
